The quality of the jewellery is excellent, and every piece reflects fine craftsmanship. The staff is very polite, knowledgeable, and patient, guiding me through the options without any pressure. I truly appreciate their professionalism and warm service. Overall, it’s the perfect place for anyone looking for beautiful jewellery with great value. Highly recommended!"

Should be more better in value delivering to the customer.
Takes more time to serve customer.
Good in uniformity.
Lack of communication to the customer after sales communication.
Not up to the mark to the date estimated the order should be deliver to the customer. Very delayed in customer order delivery.
Can be better.
High price then other where MK jewellers offer 10000 lesser than Heera bhai jewellers. Inefficient management in accounts calculate wrong calculations.
I hope you take my feedback in a postive way and improve your operations regarding customer value delivery. Thanks for your cooperation
